Case study
Thirteen viewings, one day, not a single write-up
Thirteen viewings in one day. By the end I was exhausted, lost and confused. Where do I even start?
Not one single write-up. I may not have been interested in some of them, but others might have been. A day lost.
Paul Atkinson, on the day that started this
The photographs were on the phone, the notes were in a notebook, and the detail that mattered was already going. Turning any of it into something another person could read meant another evening at a desk, and the evening never came.
That is the job this does. Record each room as you walk it, photographs and measurements as you go, and the report is finished when you are. Press a button as you step out of the building and it is there.
Writing up a single viewing properly takes one to two hours. So the only question worth asking is a simple one: is your time worth two pounds fifty to five pounds an hour?
